Many dual health plans from UnitedHealthcare include a Utility Bill Credit. This payment option can be used for in-person payments at Walmart stores. Please call the toll-free number printed on the back of your UnitedHealthcare card if you experience issues using the card to pay your Liberty bill.

Most banks and credit unions offer bill payment services to their customers. "Liberty Utilities" can be set up as a Payee in the system. Contact your financial institution for more information.
NOTE: If you use your bank's bill pay service, please verify they have the correct mailing address. All payments sent to the wrong location will be returned. The sender will be responsible to resend payment to the correct address, causing a delay in payments being posted in a timely manner. This could result in late fees being assessed on the customer's account.
