Infrastructure System Replacement Surcharge (ISRS)
Each year, Liberty spends thousands of dollars on our extensive pipeline facilities used to deliver nautral gas to customers. The infrastructure system replacement surcharge (ISRS) covers only a part of the expenses that Liberty must incur to maintain and upgrade our system and to relocate faciliites in connection with local, state, and federal public improvement projects and safety requirements.
